At Blyzo, we aim to make every transaction smooth and secure. Please read our refund and cancellation policies below.
1. Transaction Reversals
All payments made via Blyzo are considered final once completed. If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact our support team immediately at support@blyzo.app.
2. Group Contributions
Contributions made toward shared goals or crowdfunded events cannot be refunded through Blyzo once accepted by the organizer. You may directly contact the organizer for resolution.
3. Payment Gateway Issues
If a transaction fails due to a technical error or payment gateway issue, any deducted amount will be automatically refunded to your source account within 5–7 business days.
4. Fraudulent Transactions
We take fraudulent activity seriously. If you suspect unauthorized activity, report it immediately. After verification, eligible users may be refunded in compliance with applicable laws and gateway policies.
5. Cancellation of Services
You may stop using Blyzo at any time by deactivating your account. No cancellation fees are charged, but previously made transactions remain non-refundable.
